International Delivery Terms
- Incoterms: CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) Alexandria Seaport, Egypt
- Manufacturing Lead Time: 6-8 months from receipt of advance payment
- Shipping Time: Approximately 20-30 days (subject to vessel availability)
- Port of Loading: JNPT (Jawaharlal Nehru Port), Mumbai, India or designated port
- Port of Discharge: Alexandria Seaport, Egypt
- Insurance Coverage: All-risk marine insurance as itemized above
Installation & Commissioning
Buyer's Responsibilities
- → Provide accommodation (boarding and lodging) for our installation team (3-4 technicians)
- → Arrange necessary entry visas and work permits for our technical team
- → Provide suitable workspace with required utilities (power, water, compressed air)
- → Arrange local transportation for the installation team
- → Clear customs and arrange inland transportation from port to factory
Our Scope: Our installation team will handle complete mechanical and electrical installation, system integration, testing, validation, and comprehensive operator training for both machines.
Terms & Conditions
- Warranty: 12 months from date of commissioning or 18 months from date of shipment, whichever comes first
- Technical Support: Lifetime technical support via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Training: Comprehensive on-site training for operators and maintenance staff included
- Documentation: Complete operation manuals, maintenance guides, electrical/mechanical drawings, and spare parts catalogs
- Compliance: Machines comply with international GMP standards and CE certification
- Currency: All prices quoted in United States Dollars (USD)
- Taxes & Duties: Import duties, customs clearance charges, and local taxes are buyer's responsibility
